CEO & Co-founder
Founded QikServe because of an obsession with customer service. Mission: put a waiter in everyone’s pocket! Hates onions, loves bicycles.
Ronnie is a successful serial entrepreneur and fanatical about enabling consumer mobile self-service – now for Hospitality.
Head of Operations
Neil helps grow software companies. A previous Young Entrepreneur of the Year winner, he’s now old(er) and is QikServe’s 2nd best piano player.
David makes things happen for our customers and partners around the world. An Android fan. Has a theory for everything.
Paul looks after QikServe’s products, functional strategy and development team. He is a lover of vinyl and beards.
Gillian manages all things sales and commercial within QikServe. She rides horses. Call her, become a QikServe customer.
Operations & Implementation Analyst
Chris looks after the customer journey using our products. With ten years’ experience in Restaurant Operations, he is our resident foodie.
Colin manages the digital media at QikServe as well as being in-house photographer & video producer. He also hangs out with musicians, he is a drummer.
Dianne ensures the smooth running of the QikServe office. A keen sportswoman she is up for any sporting challenge.
Dennis maintains a high-level view of the system to make sure everything is as it should be. A pair of boxing gloves along with some creatine make him go GRRR!
Georgios is currently working on updates for the back end and is very excited about his new role in QikServe. He enjoys exploring Scotland and trying new cuisines.
Junior Software Engineer
Rob is usually found tinkering with the backend systems, playing table-tennis or high-fiving people when his code compiles.

Luis helps out with the CMS development. He’s an Android enthusiast, and one of the best padel players in Edinburgh.

When he’s not busy at uni, Sebastian does the web development that nobody else wants to touch. Sebastian likes caffeine and Subway. And caffeine.
Francesco wrangles data on behalf of our clients. He has an immense passion for coffee.
Michelle looks after the finances of QikServe and makes sure that we have a grip on the cash.
Lara is a marketing adviser specialising in the technology and finance sectors. Out of office she’s usually on a horse. Or crashing off one.
Nicola handles the marketing at QikServe, dabbles with digital illustration and plays the piano.
Martin is an IT veteran with 30 years experience. After a career in business development, sales and marketing with SME’s and multinationals, he established a start-up IT business and grew it to become an acclaimed market leader before a successful trade exit.
He now acts as an investor, advisor and chairman to early stage innovative businesses.
